Make Up With Your Ex, A How-To Look

I know, it’s a horrible feeling. You want to find out how to make up with your ex because you are feeling alone and confused. You are probably asking yourself where things went wrong in the relationship. This is what I want you to remember, a lot of people have been where you are right now and they survived. It’s just a crappy process.
The cool thing? It is possible to make up with your ex. We have done a bunch of research specifically on how to make up with your ex. I will show you in this article the first steps necessary to making up with your ex.
First things are first, What NOT to do…
* Do not phone them or text them constantly
* Do not follow them
* Do not stay home and be upset and sorry for yourself
* Do not go to a nightclub and pick up or get picked up
* Do not allow depression to set in
Here is what you SHOULD be doing….
* Go out with friends
* Take better care of yourself physically
* Make sure you give your ex space to be alone
* Make time to do something you like to do
* Go out and meet new people, new friends are good
Avoid the velcro routine, a major repellent is being too clingy. Give them some space to breathe. If they do not want any contact from you don’t give them any. I heard this said one time and it truly fits for this situation. Give them the ideal gift…The gift of missing you!
Is that putting the power back in your hands or what? When people are told they can’t have something it makes them yearn for that something even more. It’s human nature. On top of that if the other person sees you, having fun and being enjoyed by another and not being distressed and suffering, it really makes them question themselves if they have made the right decision.
I know you are thinking that you really don’t feel like going out, do it anyway. You never know who you might meet or what might happen while you are shaking off the blues. It’s the first and best step to make up with your ex.
One last thing to remember, desperation is a major turn off. No one wants to be around a desperate person especially when the desperation is pointed in their direction. It’s what the experts call “a buzz kill”! Oh and humor helps, so keep your chin up, and move forward following the steps above.
